As Counsel at Ricketts, Harris LLP, Jay Josefo practices in the areas of civil litigation,  labour relations and employment law. He provides employers and employees with strategic human resources planning and advice. While pursuing a legal career in private practice, Jay is also serving as the Vice Chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, a quasi-judicial body that decides all issues involving worker's compensation.

Jay has recently been appointed to the Council of the National Research Council

Professional Involvement

Jay has served on the Board of Directors of a non-profit community care for senior’s organization, and is a former area school board trustee. Jay is also a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyer's Association
