Tracy C. Warne is a Senior Partner at Ricketts Harris LLP. Recognizing that many clients prefer to avoid litigation as a means of resolving disagreements, Tracy has developed his practice to include where appropriate alternate dispute resolution and practical problem solving. When all else fails, he has proven very effective at trial and in Appeal Courts on behalf of clients.
