Greg Sanders has a wealth of real estate and business law experience. Since 1987, he has acted for clients in many industries and for a wide range of organizations, from start up businesses to some of Canada’s largest publicly traded companies. Greg has developed a depth of expertise that will assist both individuals and corporations alike.
In addition to spending many years in private practice, Greg has been senior in-house counsel for one of Canada’s largest shopping centre developers as well as for a major national retail organization.
Greg’s real estate practice has been and is currently all encompassing. His practice includes commercial real estate, development, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leases and residential real estate. His experience has included providing practical, efficient advice for simple matters but also extends to structuring complex commercial arrangements.
Likewise, Greg’s business law experience has covered a wide spectrum. Purchase and sales of businesses, assets and share transactions, commercial financing, shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements are all part of Greg’s experience – all across numerous industries.
