Sam Sasso’s practice focuses mainly on commercial litigation. He has been involved in some of the largest directors and officers insurance cases as well as a number of significant shareholders dispute matters.
Also, Sam has been counsel in a number of real estate disputes involving title insurance claims as well as a variety of employment matters.
He has co-authored articles on restrictive covenants, evidence, insurance law and constitutional law. Sam enjoys speaking to large groups on the court system and insurance law issues.
Sam graduated from Queen’s University in 2006 and was called to the bar in 2007.
He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Small Claims Court and the Landlord & Tenant Board.
